 ABC's '20/20' to air segment on firefighter who wedded ex-man

The ABC-TV newsmagazine "20/20" is working on an in-depth segment about the fallen Wharton firefighter whose death benefits are being disputed by his family and widow because the woman he was married to when he died was born a man.

The 25- to 30-minute segment is to air sometime this fall but no specific air date has been set, said Richmond attorney Chad Ellis, who represents Thomas Araguz III's mother, Simona Rodriguez Longoria.
