Umm, I can only speak for myself but I'm really not a fan of the term "ladyboy" - it gathers some pretty negative connotations.

Getting help with a transition usually starts with visits to GPs or counsellors, and one hopes there are procedures put in place to help guide you through. It's.. something which I gather can vary quite a lot, and even a course of hormones can only go so far based on whatever your genetics are telling your body to do. I'd suggest it's far more productive to look inwards rather than finding benchmarks in other people, pretty as Miss Nong may be. "Your Mileage May Vary" sees a lot of use here!

so what i heard, they take a hormones pills for about 1 years - 2 years, and then they have a 'women' face............really nice, coz i think they dont take surgery...and their face already so beauty !!! check it out

Do whatever you want. Whatever brings you happiness. But hormones aren't the sure fire thing and nobody can tell you what they'll do to you specifically. Some people need surgery to do away with masculine features, some do not. As far as your penis, don't cut it off if you don't want to, there are plenty of trans girls (which I think is much more respectable than lady boy) that are scared of, or cannot afford the surgery. I'm willing to bet most people do not consider that aspect when simply looking at their beauty, which is what seems to be the most important aspect of ->-bleeped-<- to you.

I'm assuming the last picture is you, and I have to say you're already very beautiful.  HRT seems to work for a lot of the ladies on here (to the point where I can be pretty jealous because they are just so beautiful!) but, from what I've read, each person's mileage varies.

And you don't have to remove your penis if you don't want, it doesn't make you any less of a woman.

can someone explain to me, what is FSS? some kind of plastic surgery? what is the different with plastic surgery? what i now is we need to get HRT hormones before taking FSS.....and about HRT hormones...what the different between shots and pills?

I think you mean FFS.  Which is Feminine Facial Surgery.  And yes it is cosmetic surgery to alter the face to a more feminine appearance.  Many girl go for it after HRT for a while.

HRT should be under took before looking into FFS.
