I think I reached a new record for my lowest triglycerides: 39 (mg/dl). Although I might have had it at about 34 once, I just can't remember and don't feel like finding the record. Anyhow, yay!

But I am trying to increase my HDL, it is at 36 mg/dl :/

Total cholesterol is 126 mg/dl and "LDL calc" is "70 mg%"

Any tips?
