I have nothing against plastic surgery whatsoever.  In fact, I wouldn't hesitate to say "go for it" if you can afford it.  However, IMO this is just way too much.
gender dysphoria?, body dysmorphic disorder? or both?

I've seen this before too.  She's apparently pretty famous.  I think she has a fixation for having procedures.  Can you imagine how much money has gone into that frame?  Wow.  Supposedly men dig it though.  Go figure.

It reminds me of the movie Brazil.  Did you ever see that film?  Oh yea... she looks so much like that dame who kept getting her face stretched.

Sure!  Brazil....I'd forgotten about that movie...

On another note, she says:

QuoteI've had my lips done...

Really?  I hadn't noticed!!! >:D >:D

Yes, apparently she is very famous although I must confess that I'd never heard about her until tonight...LOL

Actually, as far as her appearance she looked pretty decent except those lips!  Jessica Rabbit has met her match!  Interesting though that after all she's done she still has a deep voice, albeit a more feminine version.

But I have heard of things like rib removal before.  So that didn't shock me.  I guess it's all about what makes you happy.

When you judge others, you do not define them, you define yourself.

She wouldn't have looked all that fake except for the lips and the boobs. I can't really fault her for wanting big jugs but those lips look like they could suck the paint off a car!

They're like, lips to sink nations.  :o

I was kind of suprised at the voice, too, if only because she'd gone to such great lengths with everything else.

I'm really jealous of her legs, though!  ;)

Those lips are the stuff nightmares are made of.  She must have had some kind of implants to make them that big.

ROFL!!!!!

With all that's been done, you'd think she would have gone for some kind of voice surgery.

Gay male drag queen, not TS, IMHO. She's parodying women, not BEing one. Ridiculous lips, ridiculous breasts...

Ok this is definitly overblown. Still sounds masculine too and the lips just waaay to big. I would say she looks like a store manican.  Everything just way to big.

My two cents

Love being female

Everyone should have a hobby and should be allowed to.  I guess I have no room to throw stones, but I'm sorry, I agree with Kate - that is ridiculous.

I agree, I mean, to each their own, I don't care what she did/does - that's what drag queens do, exaggerate effeminacy to make fun of it... it's all part of the "show." But I don't like that she's being portrayed as a "transsexual" on a national television program, reinforcing innaccurate stereotypes of what this is all about.

Maybe a wee bit over the top :icon_yikes:, but who am I to throw stones?  Actually, the proportion of lips to face reminded me a bit of Carol Channing!

Good on her; her life, not mine. I quite liked her... she seemed quite down to earth all things considering.

And as far as it reflecting on our community, stereotypes and extreme cases of many marginalised groups make popular television. Wishing it wasn't so is idealistic, not realistic.

However, she'll always be known as a TS, which I would wager many of us aren't that keen on. Famous for being famous etc. But if I had (or was given) that sort of money, I wouldn't spend it on that degree of body-modification... just some of it.  ;)

GoodMorning

Wow those lips are something else. I have to wonder if she is just enjoying being herself or if there is something else going on between those ears. As long as she is happy I guess, but I'd lay odds she sees something very different in the mirror than we see when we look at her.

Of course, every community has it's members that go to excess:

Men

GG

And we even see it in the animal kingdom.

I dunno abut her proclaiming herself the worlds #1 Transexual though, I had always kinda pictured that person to be the last one anyone would have expected.

Hrmm, I seem to recall a post not long ago about how it doesnt matter what the person looks like. I argued that to the point of frustration. I will be the first to say I dont want this person in that video representing me or the transsexual community because I think she is a Transvestite/Drag Queen, yet there are several that have posted in this thread making fun of this person that said in the other thread "how you identify is the only thing that matters, and I should respect that". Its not what you look or sound like because some will never pass. If they say they are transsexual, they should get the respect and support of society and especially get it from this community. Yet everybody here seems to be a critic. I have nothing against TV/DQ's, I just dont understand them, but they are not Transsexuals nor should they be representing Transsexuals.

So this person has big lips...so what? So this person sounds like a man...so what? This person looks awful in my book and is representing a false projection of Transsexuals. I argued that one should look like a normal woman or male in the transsexual community to represent the community. I got a lot of flack for saying that in that thread, yet in this very same thread, some of those very same ppl that gave me flak for saying that somebody looked like a man in a dress will not be accepted by society and damage the transsexual community have seen fit to point out this persons flaws by outing certain aspects of her face, body, or voice. If this person says she/he/it is transsexual then EVERYBODY that is making fun of her right now that argued the point of "looks do NOT matter but ONLY how you identify", are walking on the thin ice of hypocracy. In fact, several of you have already broken through.

I stand my ground. This person is a freak, ghoulish, and horrid looking. I wished she would shut up, get
FFS and remove those lips and fix whatever else, tone down the breasts and stop touting herself as the most popular Transsexual ever. OMG whut Ever, she is doing nothing but damage.

I'm not mad or upset, I just thought I would point this out.
