Melissa, I don't believe them for a minute.  That actually is a quote from a comedy routine done by Sabrina Marcus during the talent show at SCC one year.  It was just my poor attempt at levity.
Ah ok, it was out of context, so I had no idea it was a quote.  I didn't realize you were joking around.

Melissa, unless it's a serious topic, take anything I say with a grain of salt.  I tend to be a person that jokes a lot.  It's my coping mechanism.

I tend to use smilies to indicate when I'm joking around:

:) Smile
;) Just Kidding or a reference to something earlier
:D Ha ha ha or LOL
;D Boastful Grin
:P Sarcastic

Hmm I tend to also use :D to mean something along the lines of "yay!" or "wheee!"

On topic, lately I have discovered these stretchy jeans that the mega mart carries in stock. HRT has made me a little bit curvy, and these jeans are tight in all the right places and loose in all the right places. 8)

What is your favorite clothing styles. Do you perfer long skirts or short, do you like linen or lace. Are you a dress or a blue jeans type person. Talk about how your fashion choices make you, you.

long skirts, mid calf, tea length (thats a term you hear much now), not really dressy skirts, some demin, some peasant/hippy skirts

Most Of my tops are some some sort of pullover, a few sweaters, almost no "blouses"
Definatly not a blue jeans person. Some of my older canvas/demin long skirts or jumpers have become "work cloths". there are almost no pants or "male" clothes left.

Casual-classy-sexy. See the Newport News catalog. Virtually every page is me. And surprisingly, most if it looks good on me. Most of my wardrobe came from there. Yes, it's easily shipped/not always too high in quality/made who-knows-where. But they really capture my feminine persona amazingly well. I'm a total regular customer. They have a great return policy and they'll ship to PO boxes.

Modern but classic looking black dress or top/skirt combination for me. Something classy, timeless, but also simple and not cluttered is how I see it. ^^

I'm generally a pretty casual girl... I like a denim skirt/t-shirt/sandal combo. I'm starting to fall in love with capris.
I love my jeans, I haven't started HRT but I always had somewhat girlish hips/butt for a guy, so they fit better than you may think.

Dresses and heels I save mainly for clubbing. (Also, I'm 6' tall, I don't need any more elevation!).

Summer's on it's way now....I'll break out my flip-flops, camisoles, and "hippie-chick" skirt soon!!  :D

Casual and somewhat 'utilitarian'.

I once remarked to my brother that he would likely never see me in high heels, to which he responded,

"You're a casual kind of girl. That doesn't surprise me."

That was the same night that I 'came out' to him and after he thought about what I told him for a brief moment said to me with a big smile upon his face,

"I've always wanted to have a big sister!"

After which I just lost it and he held me as I cried.

I will never forget that night.

But I digress; I cannot really wear high heels anyway, thanx to 'battle damage' from a bad motorcycle accident back in 1985.

A skirt may be possible but only with calf length boots, for the same reason [fasciotomy scar, left lower leg].

I have a preference for wearing skin-tight feminine cut compression tops and women's jeans.

But these current preferences may well expand in scope, in the days to come and with greater realization of the true feminine.

I like Skinny fit jeans they are the rage here at the moment the "Size Zero" look is all the fashion the skinny you are the better which I think is rediculous! I like skinny fit jeans though because I have quite muscley legs from alot of walking however anything with Polo shirts too. I also like baggy wide leg jeans like Dennis!

In general I'm pretty casual.  Usually jeans and a cute top, with some flipflops.  I love a cute hoodie more than maybe anything.  I got a very cute soundgirl one the other week with three quarter length sleeves and it looks great on me.

I am very trendy at times though.  I actually love the whole 80's thing that was going on last year.  I like wearing leggings with a mini skirt, and some flats at times.

I guess my style is kind of indie chic.

Oh.  Since we are talking about fashion and everything, I might as well plug my awesome friend's clothing line.
http://www.effineffigy.com/  They do both men's and women's wear.  And some of their new guy's shirts are really freaking cool.  So yeah.  Plug plug plug.

I'd say my style is the outdoors kind. My favorite outfit to go into the hills with is my combat boots and blue jeans, with a button up shirt. I also wear my fendora to keep the sun out of my eyes since I don't wear contacts.

I prefer a nice pair of blue boot leg jeans with a tee or shirt and high heels but that's only cause I've got a cyclists tan and can't wear singlets and not one for wearing skirts or dresses

Skirt or dress just below the knees for me. My girlfriend says i have good legs and could get away with a short skirt, but i guess its what you feel comfortable in. Likewise i will always wear tights or stockings, never bare legs, except maybe in the house. But when we go out together, its never bare legs. I also favour a crisp white or coloured blouse with long sleeves, teamed up with a black straight skirt and black court shoes, its a classic outfit, that i always feel good in.

I tend to like knee-length skirts and capri pants.  Today, I'm wearing a new size 4 skirt I just bought last night. ;D

Great, Melissa!  I bought new jeans today and also had to go to a size 4.
