Cheap corset/waist cincher?

Is there a way to make your own corset or waist cincher? I found one at Glamor Boutique on sale for 10$ plus like 7$ shipping, but if there's a cheaper way, I'm game. I can sew, so that's no problem. She's slim, around 120-115lbs, and already has a bit of a curve, but she's not satisfied with the way her stomach looks.

Just ordered Elaine breastforms that were on sale for 40$, so I figured I'd go ahead and get the whole shabang; a corset too

Mm I dunno, they have a damaged only return policy and what if it doesn't fit? Love the price though.. 10$ total after shipping. Just not too keen on not being able to return it.
