Hey all :)

So the weather is heating up here in Australia :) After a freezing winter lol :P

So myself and my best friend went to see a movie today. Went into town, OMG im stuck in jeans and a T shirt, while girls have so so many options so cloths, skirt, dress's, leggings and shorts don't get me started lol. It just makes everything worse, I don't really no it just does :(

But on the plus side, I had not seen her in awhile and as soon as I seen, her she said "OMG your hair is so long now :), you could tie it back!!!" ahaha, so that was kind of good :)

But as much as ive tried, GID, just never goes away.

IM SO SORRY YOU GUYS

I sometimes can't stand summer weather myself. Ironic, huh? I hate that I sweat so much and then my hair gets all messed up.

I hate the heat !!! My parents live in Palm Springs. The last time I went to visit them was about two months ago. It was about 110 degrees Fahrenheit (to them that's a cool spell). I am not "out" to them yet so I wore Levis, a compression shirt (to bind my breasts) a tee shirt over that and a long sleeve shirt over that . My hair is long and the wind is always is blowing there so it was frizzy and weird. It was just not a fun visit !!!

So I moved to the coast in Oregon about three years ago. It rains allot hear . The rainy season is just starting, now. I find that has its own set of problems. I spend two hours putting on makeup and curling my hair only to go outside and get drenched.

Summer approves of this thread.  :P

I agree that boys have less options overall in clothing matters.  Summer is certainly worse than fall / winter.  Just keep doing the right things and you can move towards wearing whatever makes you happy!  Thats what is most important!

At one point in time I didn't really like summer... Then I went full time and my opinion changed a bit. In all other seasons you can more or less hide your body which is great if you aren't comfortable with it. As comfort in your body goes up, so does your summer enjoyment, at least in my experience.

The above ticker is meant as a joke! Laugh! Everyone knows the real zombie apocalypse isn't until 12/21/12....

Summer is my least favorite season. I could totally live without it. Yes it does make my hair flat. The heat just makes my personality disintegrate. I am a GG. Even when I was young and thin I never liked myself or felt good in swim wear. Now I am not either; most definately not. Sleevless is not good either. So in my opinion summer is often a challenge to most.  Unfortunately there are more choices for women than men though.

Personally I love Summer, and of course it is going into rainy season.  I enjoy sundresses and skimpy tops.  Now it is jeans and tees.

OMG. Erocse and Mrs. Erocse, you two could pass for sisters.

That's funny, people always thought we were brother and sister. Until they saw us kissing. We never had a problem with public displays of affection. That's kinda not happening now, except when we're sneaky. Yesterday we were looking at matching skirts and doing the sister thing. That will be much fun.

It's funny I always preferred winter but since HRT I just can't stand the bitter cold that now reaches to my bones... so now... I think I prefer summer! :O
I'd say last summer was really my first summer even though looking back I only began getting ma'amed at the beginning of summer it never felt like I was really there enough until much later... kinda nowish? *shrugs* I wasn't as prepared for it as I am now so this summer I'm looking forward to it. I'm so rockin the singlets and 3/4 pants this summer... even already! ;)

I was thinking the same. They're both really pretty. First time I've had a good look at Mrs. E.

Thanks for the reply all,
I would honestly LOVE summer, but since im not out and still dressing male it sucks to see girls all niciely dressed ect. :P

Thanks for the compliment Spacial. What is funny is my brother does not look like me at all. We both have the same parents but he is very dark complected with dark brown hair and brown eyes. When we would go about with Erocse everyone was sure she was my brother and my brother was my date until I would kiss Erocse. Then they had to comment on how surprizing that was. I thought that was soooo funny.

To all those complaining about summer, after you spend a winter in Alberta you will never complain about the heat again!  :D

I love summer, It is the few months I can be all the girl I can be... But I have boobies now and love going out in a tank top

Right now we are in a pre-winter storm... It is cold, windy and rather wet outside so I must bundle up

Soon it will be several months of snow... But I planned ahead... I stocked up on foods, ordered thermals, sweater dresses and matching sweaters and have arctic conditions jacket and boots

If you complain the summer, I kick you hard the butt  :P

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

I always liked winter for skiing mainly, but also I could get away with wearing a jacket in most occasions. Ski coats are generally nicely androgynous, and I was always more comfortable looking that way despite the fact that I had no idea beyond a vague inkling that I was transgender.

Summer was a bummer for me until I found climbing. Once again, swimming always bummed me out- I always had intense discomfort in bearing my chest- I guess that's an aspect of socialization that occurred extremely early with me- girls weren't supposed to be shirtless, and in some capacity, I knew I was a girl.

Anyway, summer rules because the rock is dry.

I've thought about the necessity of a compression throughout this thing and find it pretty hilarious. There I will be, working my "uber manly" ski tech job with boobs hidden under a compression shirt for the first year or so. It will be like being FTM and MTF simultaneously for a bit.

Then again, I live in portland and could probably just get away with having everyone gradually transition with me.

I'll just show up to Easter with boobs. Get ready to freak out, family!
