I am just thinking, what would happen if an 18 yr old guy were to take testosterone like a ftm?

Would that make him super masculine, with a deep voice and muscles and whatever.

He would be 'juicing' and that is a health risk.
Big time.
If a guy has no idea what he is doing and starts juicing he is playing with fire.

That is why it is so hard to get T in the US. Lots of people want to get a hold of it for bodybuilding as a steroid. Thats why endos cant write a T perspiration for more then a few refills (at least thats what my endo told me)

The other thing is some of the excess will convert to estrogen.
Thats why some body builders end up growing breasts!!

If he was feminine looking then it would make him more masculine.  Or if he was young looking it would make him look closer to his age.  But if he was a normal guy then it would screw with his face.  Mostly making his brow bone jut out in a horrible way.  :o

As for voice if he had a higher voice it would lower it.  But if he had a regular or lower voice it really wouldn't do much.  Might be a little lower.  I haven't heard a lot of guys who are on steroids with super low voices.

And if he worked out he'd be more muscular then the average guy.

Also his balls would shrink like no other lol.  :-X  And like Nicky said, it could be converted to estrogen and he could grow boobies lol.  :o

It depends. I mean...there are probably some 18 year olds out there with hormone disorders where their bodies don't produce much testosterone where taking T in the same/similar dosage as a trans guy would be okay. It all depends on the person and how their body is...however, if this cis fellow doesn't have any hormonal problems to begin with, taking the normal/average amount a trans guy takes would most likely be damaging.
