This thread is intended as a rant space against bad or annoying habits that you're working on discontinuing, or keeping dead.

For instance.

Sweet. Mother. Of God.

I would rip my eyes out for a cigarette right now.

My manager just came in from smoking and she smelled amazing. And now I'm wound up and jonesing like I cannot godd*** believe.

The only thing stopping me is from buying a pack is the thought of how hard lifting will get if I start up smoking again. ...again.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFffffffff!!!!

Now let's hear yours.

I've been on the cig. and alcohol roller coaster for years... Never quite able to quit completely but I have managed to cut back on it quite a bit
The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

it is funny how some people think that quitting smoking is easy.  I would rather be hooked on heroin.  At least it is easier to quit.

I went cold turkey on ciggies more than 20 years ago, pack a day to none. I never gave up, just decided to delay the next one. Worked for me. But drinking I'm afraid is another story. Wish it wasn't.

I seem to be able to pick up or quit smoking whenever I feel like it, nicotine must not have much of an addictive affect on me. I've never understood the big deal over quitting, if I don't want to smoke I just don't, I must be weird :P

The only thing I wish I could change is my insane level of procrastination and deviation. I get distracted way too easily and very very rarely finish a project before getting bored and moving on to something else. It's made me a jack of all trades....master of none.

Remember, you haven't given up. You are just delaying having another one. It does get easier with time.
