Just to be upfront... I am not self-medicating, I am under the care of a very trans-experienced endocrinologist, I do have a legal prescription for all of my HRT regimen, and sorry in advance if this question is against the forum rules.  With that out of the way...

I've been having some major problems with my T level not staying down.  Although I've had what I would consider to be good results from HRT, some things just haven't budged.  And since my T level started to rebound about 5 months ago, I've been feeling very moody and can't keep my body temperature stable for anything.  My endo has tried changing up my regimen, but we've only seen a modest T decrease in the past two months, and it still leaves me at "normal male levels".  The doctor wrote me a prescription for Lupron Depot, something I've tried to fill in the past but my insurance rejected it since I don't have prostate cancer, and I couldn't afford it through my normal retail pharmacy (generic price was over $2000).  The doctor suggested I order from a Canadian pharmacy online because I could get a lower but adequate dosage for significantly less than that.  At this point, I'm feeling desperate because knowing my T level is that high is weighing on me emotionally as much as it is physically effecting me.  I'm willing to give it a try if I can get enough money together to buy it outside the country.

I've found two sites that list the dosage I was prescribed at a less steep price, but I don't know anyone in person who gets their HRT online from outside the US, so I'm reluctant to just throw a few hundred dollars out into the internet.  Does anyone here have any recommendations they don't mind sharing or PM-ing to me?

an orchiectomy might be an alt if antiandrogens aren't working

Yep, I looked at drugstore.com as a more recent reference.  Last time I tried to fill it he wrote it for a higher dosage which is even more, but it's actually gone down in price slightly.  I found a couple places online that list the new lower dosage prescription for under $300, and hopefully I would only need one or two months at most...but finding a legitimate company in a shady industry is less than easy.

I've been looking into an orchi too, the only thing stopping me is wanting that money to go toward more complete SRS.  But the desire to get those out of me NOW is growing pretty quickly :-\

The cost of the orchie could be a lot less than the anti-androgens over even a short period of time. It could save money for the SRS and you will still have the tissue available for the reconstruction.
