Anyone had revision surgery for depth?

Just curious if anyone has had revision surgery for depth? I had my SRS 15 years ago with Dr. Seghers in Brussels, Belgium (he's long retired now; probably most of the people here have never heard of him ).  I started out with depth that wasn't too great (around 4 inches), but over the years, I went really long periods not dilating (didn't really have a need to in my mind; how stupid was I?), and now I have maybe 3 inches if I'm lucky.  First lesson to any who's had or is considering SRS: KEEP DILATING.  Or you'll end up like me  ::)

Has anyone done this? I've contacted 2 doctors so far (Bowers and the one in Scottsboro, AZ, can't remember his name), and both told me they could probably give me a couple more inches of depth through surgery, but that it's pretty invasive (would probably involve skin grafts), and is very expensive (Dr. Bowers said it would be like $17k!! Isn't that the price of the SRS in the first place?!).  Hopefully someone has advice or experience!  :-\

No because sadly by some unexplained weird freak of early surgery (was done in 1984) I still have nearly double what you started with... (over 7 inches - honestly! :o)

I have had a little revision, but it was for cosmetic and medical reasons.

However my partner has EXACTLY the same problem that you do. So if you find anywhere that can do it at a sensible price please do let us know. We are based in the UK by the way, and our NHS is steadfastly refusing to treat her.

So we would be very grateful to hear of any success you may have. :)
