Theo

Hello to all.

Background.

While growing up I concluded that everyone learned how to be the gender that corresponded with the body. What came naturally to me was, apparently, "wrong" but I didn't agree with that. I've always tended to decide what is right for me.

Life hasn't always been good as a result but it was my choice to be myself as far as was possible at any given time. Eventually, recently, I did relate to something in the media and realised that I had been following my gender identity's directions all my life. It was good to learn something that confirmed what I had vaguely thought.

I have an understanding SO. If I was younger this would be a liberating discovery but I'm not so it's more of a Pandora's box with the lid off for us right now.  At least I know I was right and my discovery explains much that never made sense before.

 Theo,

Welcome to Susan's. It's good to see that you are confident with your choices in life. Corresponding with the people here on Susan's will only add to that confidence as well as give you a chance to share some with others. You will like it here, it's good  have you.

Thanks Erocse,

It's good to communicate with someone who knows where you are coming from.

You are wearing my favourite colours btw and it suits you.

Hello Janet,

Thanks for pointing to the site links to read. I've been having a good read round to get the feel of the boards. I'm another one from the Uk so there are a few words I don't know but I'll catch up.
