I know the results from hormones seem to be all over the charts but I was wondering if i could get some advice on what will and won't change.  From what I know fat redestributes but my face is rather long and flatish so im not sure what can move?

I'm 21, 5''9  and haven't started HRT yet, meet with therapist this week.  Thank you!  Little makeup gf put on me.

It's a mystery to me what changes, but something does. One day I was looking like a boy, the next a girl. I compare the photos and I find it hard to pic what has changed.

Shrug. Just have to wait and see honey, but chances are you will like the changes.

The fat doesn't redistribute from another part of your face. It doesn't quite work like that. I have found that when I lose weight it is taken from "male" areas and when I gain weight it goes to "female" areas. Changes in muscle mass also happen all over your body including your face. You will look different. Exactly how, I can't say.
and i know that i'm never alone
and i know that my heart is my home
Every missing piece of me
I can find in a melody

dont quote me on it but generally you will lose more around your mouth and lower jaw/chin area and you will gain in the cheek area more or less between your nose and ear, also the muscle loss will reduce in your jaw around  the area below your ear, also your brow muscles and your neck muscles which make a drastic impact

Yeah the way HRT works is subtle as far as the face is concerned. Muscle atrophy and fat distribution helps to feminise the face in many ways but a good starting base is always helpful, for example, brow bossing is something that HRT will not be able to help with, at least very much. I'm not saying you have that, its just an example. I frightened people when I first started my HRT, lol so things do change over time and you will not recognise yourself in a few years.
