I return to my job as a bank teller on November 1st. Its been fun just relaxing around the house , waiting for my boyfriend to come home from work every day. I guess itll do me some good to finally get back.   1 good thing about our banks here is we dont have long hours. I  work 8 am - 2.30 pm. Cant believe Ive been gone from work since August, felt like yesterday.

Best of luck Angela.

Hopefully, when the recession eases a bit, I'll be joining you.

Thanks Spacial, hopefully you will be employed soon. I was laid off a few years ago for 6 months, so I know how you feel.

To be honest, once I got over the guilt of enjoying it, it isn't so bad.

But I do hope it clears up soon. I could do with some more cash.

Still, we are getting on quite well, especially compared to some.

Really looking forward to your next posts. I kinda look forward to your optimism.

Angela, I am glad you have healed enough to return to your job.  I have been out of work myself for the last year, and now I am getting to the point the vacation is over.

However if things go the way I hope I will be retired.  So then I need to figure out what to do with myself.

Good luvk on your return to the workforce.

My first day back to work was better than I expected. My co workers at the bank kept asking me if I needed any help, but I was doing great. Only minor bad thing is, I was told that next month Im going to have to train somebody new , thats never fun. I did that before, it takes alot of patience. :-\ Janet, love your new avatar !
