help, i cant view anyones profiles or edit mine!

ive been a member for about 2 weeks now. my name is still black and i cant view anyone's profiles, including my own. i cant even edit my profile. can someone help me out please

Visitor  From 0-14 posts. Limited rights other than posting or responding to messages. Specific limitations include no ability to view or edit profiles, not being able to send out private messages, and not being able to upload pictures or link to external pictures.

Newbie  From 15-49 posts. Most restrictions removed

Neighbor  From 50-99 posts. Pictures uploaded to the Gallery are automatically approved

Friend  From 100-499 posts. Pictures uploaded to the Gallery are automatically approved

Family  From 500 posts up.
