Swelling and bruises

I am at my holidays and so went to a different clinic to do my laser this month. They used a different equipment from what I am used to, it's this one

Anyway, I had a lot of swelling on my face and I have many small bruises on my chin and neck :/. Usually it would not be noticeable only a single day afterwards, but they are still very noticeable. I am using a cream with betametasone and gentamicin to help with things, but it seens healing will be slow.

I have the feeling they did something wrong in the laser session, what does everyone thinks?
