I have been wanting to move into town for sometime. We made it here just last night two Uhaul truckfuls. Oct 1st I called to let my landlord know that we may be late with the rent. He threw a big fit and told me he was going to come over to my house and kick my @$$ all over the yard. I havn't said much about this, but I have been going through this for almost a year. We paid up the rent for six months when we first moved there. He would not fix hardly anything. the septic tank backup into our bathroom and crap was everywhere. we told him for three months that we were having problems with it and he did nothing about it. finilly, we called the city and they called him out there to fix it or get a fine.

He had made threats and would speak to me with his voice raised. I over looked it at first thinking that he may have had a bad day or something however, when it contenued I was begening to feel scared of him. That October day I had to call the police because he showed up at my home, got out of his car, walked around to the back opening the trunk and back car door as if he was waiting for me to do something so he could get something out of the car to hit me. he left before the cops came. I went to get a restraning order on him the judge granted 6 months on it. I am just glad to get out of there.

Glad you are out of there, from the sound of things it was a pit anyway.

Glad to hear you are away from the crazy bastard and his cespit house.

If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

I'm glad you are out of there, hon.  You don't need MORE stress in your life!

I hope things settle down for you now.  And that you don't spend the next two years unpacking everything.   :D

Best of luck!
