I just thought I'd write a little something to introduce myself.
I'm Kyle. I've been in the transitioning process since 2006 *officially* and have been on HRT/testosterone since 9/11/2008. I am FTM. I'm a bit of a shy, socially-phobic guy who wants to get to know more people. I tend to be open about my transition status, but I don't advertize it; I'll talk about it frankly to people who ask or want to know, but I don't go around telling everyone I see. However, sometimes I do pull away from people because I think they might judge me for being trans. So I guess this is my way of being cautiously active in the search for new contacts and new friends.
I live in Seattle and, despite my screen name, I don't speak much Spanish (although I'd like to learn.) I have two pet rats, male, named Kenshi and Ryu. I'm on the MMORPG RuneScape quite a bit. Erm... anything else? Well, except that I'm probably going to try and get my histo/oopho done before long, due to cuts in my medical benefits I might have to pay co-pays for the hormones before long, so I might as well do it soon. I'm probably not going to persue top surgery quite yet, maybe at a later date. I sometimes blog, I'm trying to write a novel which features characters across the LGBTQQI spectrum, and I enjoy literature and the arts, and an occasional shot of Bailey's Irish Creme, straight but cold.
