Depends on the doc you speak to. Some say "yes it will"... others claim that "it won't matter". I don't think there is a definitive answer on this topic. I've spoken to several well-known GRS surgeons, and the opinion is pretty evenly split.

It really depends on the length of time between the orchi and the actual grs along with what procedure the the doctor uses. What is the timeframe in between the proceedures? Months? Years? I would definitely check with the surgeon's you are considering before getting the orchi done.
