"Sex reassignment" can include hysterectomy, top surgery, bottom surgery, and in some lucky cases, the irreversible side effects of Testosterone.

Hey thanks for the links Morgan 🙂 So top surgery would work? Awesome, that's what I wasn't sure about. My mom's offering to pay for my top surgery if we move there and it will fulfill the requirement. I wish I had been born there, at least then I would be able to change my birth certificate. 🙁 Oh well, but thanks again 🙂

That's so awesome! I'm paying for everything myself. Which isn't hard, because my parents pay for everything non-transition related. You're welcome, though! I was so relieved when I first heard that top surgery counts as sex reassignment.
