my guy friends convinced me to join track with them. Track is seperated by distance runners and sprinters so the boys/girls team thing isnt an issue, but BINDING is. any advice? [dont have alot of money to be throwing around for expensive sport bra gear so DIY tips would be great!"

ahh just realized there were some posts about this already! better question: anyone have the frog bra? reccomend it? go a size up or down? WILL IT MAKE ME LOOK FLAT?!

I have very nice things to say about the Frog Bra.    It's a compression bra, and you'd be using it for its intended purpose, so you should order your true size.  I don't look totally flat in mine, but I'm a DD+, so you'll probably do a little better.

Alternatively, there are some binders that are designed to make you look flat but fit like sportsbras, so they should be comfortable enough for athletics: http://www.lesloveboat.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=124 and http://www.lesloveboat.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=90 look pretty legit to me.  If you get one of these, please post a review to tell us how they are.  Good luck!

The Frog Bra is really good. If you're small enough it'll get you reasonably flat - less binding power than Underworks, but respectable considering. And it's safe and comfortable for athletics.

Re: ordering your proper size, you can still go a size too small, it won't restrict your breathing, it'll just do a little better at compressing/preventing jiggle.
