I have to say, getting back to something like the OT. A few weeks into hrt, breast pain was a novelty and quite exciting. Now (six months later) I'm just really sick of it! :icon_evil:

right now my left boob is growing like crazy and my right boob hurts like hell. I'm hoping they'll swap soon so the right boob can play catch up with her sister.

I am now going through that myself.  Not the pain but the growth.  Left girl is moving on and her sister is just watching I think.  ;D

Yeah mine haven't really stopped growing and hurting. That coupled with the fact that I'm overweight means that it's time to go f/t or buy some kind of binder as it's all starting to look a bit silly and the end of winter is the end of big baggy pullovers! :icon_eek: Obviously, at six months they are far from huge, but easily noticable.

You look really good in your pictures hun, I'm sure you could go f/t with ease. Plus it's winter, you can ease into things with winter attire...that's kind of my logic with going f/t at the start of january.

LOL... I know what you mean... I was at 6 mo. about the end of winter last year... Not huge, but definitely noticeable

Something that I found to help with both the pain and to even out growth oddly enough was doing a breast massage

Sure it hurts at first but after awhile it will sooth the savage breasts  It is simple enough if you'd like to know how  :)

*sign* I'd be happy to even be p/t let alone f/t but I'm going off topic...

I think Millie would be able to pass with ease...  :)

Although pre-HRT I was a total health freak ... if you exclude the period of depression and drinking and overeating...

Although I have gone back to eating healthy but for some reason, whenever I see any fast food suddenly get an uncontrollable urge to eat that...

some of stuff I have been craving:
Salted Masala Peanuts (very spicy peanuts coated with spicy chilli powder and other spices)
Pickles and I mean lots of pickles...
Cheese .. luckily got a hold of some low fat cheese from laughing cow (cheddar)
Anything spicy or salty or greasey that I can get a hold of ...

I have found myself eating very spicy food that I normally don't eat at work (risk of indigestion if not made properly) when all I wanted initially was just a cup of tea

Pickles are the food of the goddess.  I can down an entire jar of pickles.  Where did they go?

So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

They must be at the grocery store, because I can't find any more of them in the 'fridge.

I've gotten some weird high-fat cravings over the last couple of weeks. My breasts also hurt like crazy. It does seem that I have had two significant growth spurts in that time too.

I remember experiencing this during female puberty.  My doctor told me to take vitamin E supplements, and it did seem to help.  Maybe when you crave greasy foods, what you're actually craving is vitamin E.

think I might try that and see if that helps ....

although I am a bit concerned when I found this article in the Times of India (one of the leading newspapers and news agencies in India)

"Undiscriminate high-dose".

Take the recommended dose and stop someday, and I do not think you should have a problem.

I've just bought a long board (well the deck so far...just got to wait for some money to clear to get the rest of it) so that shouldn't be a problem.  ;D
MMMMMM...I'm craving a longboard now! ;D
