Last psychiatric appointment.

I got a letter last week to say go in for assessment by the local psychiatrist who has been overseeing the therapy side of my transition.
So I went today and it wasn't usual guy but very nice young Dr Ahmad.  He didn't know why I had been called in but looked through my file and said I was fine and no need to see them again. I told him that I had gotten quote for my surgery and I was hoping to get surgery before Xmas and maybe that was the reason for the appointmnet. So he wished me well and we shook hands and I came out happy.
This was appointment 34 since I first said the dread words to the GP back in 2004.
The cost to me and the NHS of these 34 will be perhaps £6000 or $9000 and I have told my lawyer to make sure to claim refunds for me when we get to court against the local NHS.  Of these 34 only 3 mention any sort of mental problems and these are deliberate lies by the head shrink of the local gender clinic who lost face when I argued with him in front of two of his female staff.  He is Arab.  I am quite looking forward to getting him and me into court.
Lawyer is finally getting round to sending out the letters letting the NHS know how deep a s*** they are in.
I'm using the excessive number of assessments as part of my claim as being Harrassment in my accessing services under the UK's Goods and Services Laws.
Most of my claim is being issued under the verdict and situation of the A, D & G 1999 Case in the UK and the 2009 Schlumpf v Switzerland case in European Court of Human Rights.

Forget to mention that Arab shrink showed his stupidity and deliberate mis-diagnosing of me as being mentally unstable and unfit for sugery by refusing to even accept the business card and the verdicts of the other three expert shrinks who a few days previously had all said I was perfectly fine apart from depressed at being needlessly delayed surgery.
The cases my lawyers will be using is one where the verdict was the TS's were depressed and so surgery should be speeded up. 
This Arab control freak did exactly opposite with me and needs teaching a lesson as does my town's NHS chief executive.

I assumed this latest guy was just telling you you don't need any further appointments. If he was making an alternate diagnosis, especially based opon one meeting, then it's probably a wind up from the local group of Drs.

That he is an Arab is, I have to say, utterly irrelevant.

You're fighting the NHS. They have unlimited resources and almost unlimited power. I made one complaint, when I was 16 and am still paying for it, 40 years later.

Maybe by "he is an Arab" she meant the doctor might have misunderstood her because of language problems ?

No I meant the guy being Arab and me being a fully transitioned very fem looking TS blew his tiny mind by arguing with him and making him lose face in front of his two female colleagues.
In his own country I'd have been stoned to death.

Understood lilac. But I sincerely believe that this guy was sent out to you so you would form exactly the impressions you have.

I also completely support you. But I'm trying to point out to you that your battle with the NHS is not going to gain anything.

I strongly suggest you stop now. Let the dust settle and in a few years, hopefully they will contact you and offer you some limited access, like a sweetie to a once naught child. When that happens, you smile nicely, tell them how grateful you are to them and thank them for their gratious offer.

nope.  they have to learn that I have lots of Human Rights, that the UK has a Goods and Services Act, that the NHS Constitution is aimed at making people better not worsening their situation, that the UK Government tells the NHS what to do and the NHS tells its practitioners what to do and ->-bleeped-<-heads like this Arab has to follow the guidelines imposed by the NHS, that previous UK and ECHR cases have highlighted cases just like mine.

I am almost amused to see you refer to "this Arab" in such a way and also praise Dr. Ahmad - a man you saw fit to warn me off because his name doesn't sound English. Really Lilacwoman, could you please drop the casual xenophobia? It's irrelevant and hurtful.
