I noticed something different today than just thinning hair... maybe we are wrong?
The hair has silkened all over. I no longer have thick heavy strands of hair. This change would have been more noticeable, yet my hair went dry and very light. The silkiness was obvious... yet the hair thinning was of concern also. Gobs of hair for years.
Lately, I been very careful with my hair. I don't like to use ties, bands or such anymore unless its just stuck there for a bit. I do have a wooden beaded one that is one, yet the other knot the hair and it breaks too easily even when trying to be careful. Luckily, I gotten into the habit to hold onto my hair before I pull. When it was heavy and thick, it didn't matter as anything could be done to it... even drag me by the hair, and it wouldn't break.
I needed a remedy today beside any drug. Oil. Choose your flavor. Just make sure it is a moisturizer.
After I applied the oil lightly all over, then I notice my hair didn't look thin anymore. Some of the hair had that "pantene" look, so the dryness hid that. Also, weight.. the dry silky hair stood up before it flowed back and down the back of the head. That created lots of space inbetween hair near the scalp. There was enough space to easily see the scalp all over. I looked and looked and there was no bald spot that started. After the oil, the hair laid flat off my head and couldn't see the scalp.
I'm an organic omnivore for more than a decade. I know that is cryptic, yet lets say I was vegan at one point and found that it was a luxury to be vegan. We can still narrow down to vegetarianism and follow vegan values. To buy vegan, however... well... rather buy bulk or farmers market. Hope this helps.
