Nope.....but I would say its worth looking at Dr Yaremchuk publications...

Specifically augmentations.... he published an atlas of facial implants in fact!

Though dental jaw implants I know not much of..... however jaw work is extremely complex, and when I was on the yahoo FFS group seemed to be an area prone to bad complications....

So only go with a Dr brilliantly good at this....
