Just curious, how would you go about getting a binder?

You have to order on-line, because there pretty much aren't any brick-and-mortar stores that sell them.  Check out this site for general information and links to lots of places to get a binder: http://www.ftmguide.org/binding.html

Yep, order from online.

If you're thinking about it, then I would browse youtube.  There are SO MANY videos on different sites, models, how to take care of them, how to measure, everything.  Some videos will even put the binders on and show how flat it makes them.  I mean, nothing wrong with asking questions/browsing here, but I found videos more helpful in my personal decision.
