Is it very difficult to find a surgeon for top surgery? Also I was wondering how expensive is it? A few other questions:

1) on a scale of 1-10 how painful would you say it is? 10 being very painful.

2) how hard is it to find a surgeon for bottom surgery and how much does it cost?

3) last but not least I've heard bottom surgery isn't very improved yet and can be very painful. Have you had bottom surgery? which one? why? how painful (scale of 1-10) was it?

1) about a 1 overall. Though, I think I may have had some minor pain immediately upon waking up because I remember asking for meds but the nurse said they'd already given them to me. Other than that, nothing I can remember. Mostly just discomfort from the vest I had to wear.

There are many top surgeons with varying prices. It helps to look at the results pics of different surgeons. Keep your individual build in mind when you do this. If possible, look at the results of guys with a similar body type and pre-op chest size. There are also different procedures depending on chest size which some surgeons seem more skilled at than others.

I haven't had bottom surgery nor plan to, so haven't researched enough to give an accurate answer. Hopefully some guys who have will be along.
