Hey guys, I'm trying to find a therapist so I can hopefully maybe soon start T. However I was wondering, I have a mild case of clefted palate. I had voice surgery when I was 7 but the doctors didn't want to do the surgery the whole way because they didn't want to risk something going wrong. So you can still kind of tell that my voice is a bit weird. I am wondering if T will clear my voice up a bit as it deepens and get stronger. What do you think, will it make it any different?  ???

I have no idea. You can get an idea  of transmen's voice ranges from youtube, the majority of them sound like a young, sometimes raspy male (of course there are Darth Vader-like exceptions...). I don't know if cleft palate will affect it, I suppose so though because our voice is also caused by our throat's shape.
