This might work for you: http://cgi.ebay.com/BLACK-WAIST-TUMMY-TRIMMER-EXERCISE-BELT-WEIGHT-LOSS-/140476283382?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item20b509f9f6

I used this a long time ago. Someone on youtube suggested it a long time ago.  The only this is, It didn't last too long for me, it started ripping. I think b/c I was trying to bind so tight b/c it wasn't flattening me out the way I wanted.  But I think I remember it (before it started tearing) working pretty well.

If you're looking for one of these waist cinchers, I have one I don't use.  I think it's too big for me.  If you think a medium would work, I'd send it to you for the cost of shipping.

According to the manufacturer, the medium's supposed to be for 32"-42".  I think it's this one, or one that's really similar to it: http://www.amazon.com/Futuro-Surgical-Abdominal-Support-42-Inch/dp/B000052XSM.

I'm about the same size, and it's too big on me, so I suspect it won't work for you either.  If you're handy with sewing, you could probably modify it into something that would give good compression.
