Looking for CORONA, California LGBTQ Youth Group

My cousin is suicidal and needs a support group. I can't trust my aunt or her parents enough to tell them. Help me find a support group in that area :/ I'm not exactly sure where she lives (I'm from the Philippines) but I know she lives about 45 minutes away from DisneyLand.
