Estronatural and Menocream

Does anyone have any experience using these OTC supplements from Walgreens?

I will be going under the knife with Dr. Kamol and I was hoping to find something OTC like supplements to help me with my hormone needs and feminization.

I still intend to take estrogen depending on my Doc's advice.  But I was hoping that these would help with the other nutritional needs that I may have post-op

I'm not sure you'd need much more than estrogen and a multivitamin designed for your age group of women.

Then again I'm no nutritionist

Herbals don't have the same potency as the real deal.  And some creme are very low in the need hormone.
