I am in upstate NY, surgery on Jun 28 2010.

Concerns:
Large lump of erictile tissue near the urethra and very little engorgement at the clitorus. When engorged makes penetration very "uncomfortable"
Also
A lack of sensitivity at the clitorus.

I know of Dr. Brassard but isnt there a doctor in PA?
Who would be the easiest to see and what are the consult fees.

I saw a plastic surgeon here in Albany. 3 visits at 15 minutes each and the biull was $1750. Still paying that one down....

What does your surgeon that did it recommend? Where did you get it done? Some surgeons have a life time garauntee for rework, you just have to get there.

Dr Brassards fees for a consult are 50.00.  The doctor you are thinking about in PA is Dr McGinn.  I think if you are looking for a rvision, Dr Brassard would be your best bet.  He has the most experience.  During my consult he showed me some of the revisions that he did and they were all very impressive.

Pichet in Bangkok did the surgery.
And yes, a life time garantee, but 19 hours in the air.....

It'd be better  if the language was english

reed (miami)  charges $250 for consult.

if nerves to the clitoris were severed during surgery, there isn't much anyone can do about it in revision, sorry.
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur. Happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr, purr, purr.

But I think your feeling will keep improving for some time yet, it is still relatively early days.

I had my original SRS in the UK with Michael Royle back in 1992....

And as surgery has moved on a tad since then.... so for vanity's sake and the fact that I had an internal scar issue that was getting a tad more problematic for my bladder...

I flew out to Phoenix to visit Dr Meltzer for a 2nd stage revision in Aug.... and he's done a fab job for me... and everything works just fine...

Though I've lost a little of my original uber-depth.... but (regular) intercourse type dilation should get that back...nicely! And I'm still very orgasmic, internally and externally which is a nice bonus/relief...

But he ain't low cost...

His fee for a revision was $7,800 and you have to factor in the cost of the Greenbaum too at $624 per night.

But the service is 5* and fastidiously professional, and there were no other hidden costs.

(Pay peanuts get monkeys as they oft say)

Good luck

Being five month out, I would wait a little longer before rushing into a revision, let things settle a bit more. I was concerned about clitoral sensation for a while, just didn't seem to be there. Right around six months it seemed to turn on. :-) This is major surgery and things take time to heal and settle. As for PA, McGinn and Leis are both in PA. I think McGinn's consult is $150, and it is getting to be a longer and longer wait to get in and see her so plan ahead.

Sorry girls and thanks for the advice.
I am exhausted from work and, I think, a bit of Post Op Dip.

Man I just want to go to bed (7:30pm friday night) and avoid Bob and the boys for an evening  :)

I'll say Reed too, good surgeon, with good prices.
