Sorry, as a newbie I bet this has been discussed  thousand times, but it's all new to me, so firstly, hi!

And secondly

I am born xx. I present as undeniably female but dress androgynously and like to play with gender. I don't think what I have in my pants is anyone's business but mine and so outward signifiers are not important to me.

But I really, really want a c*ck. I have dreamed of it since I was a small child and didn't really know what they were for, I just always imagined it being there. I want to ->-bleeped-<- my girlfriend with it. (Not when I was a small child, that would be odd).

What, how would this work? I have read about DHEA and possibly increasing the size of what I've got...

Hopefully some of the boys here, who have experience of what you're feeling, will respond.

In the meantime, this is some interesting reading. http://www.ftmguide.org/grs.html

By the way, thank you so much for sharing your experiences.

Hmm, I'm like you, except that I am a genetic male and want a vagina.

DHT cream can give d*ck growth. It does sting a little from what I've heard. The results can range but I've never heard of anyone getting over 3" and that's from being on T and the cream. There are a few guys on here who use the cream so I think one of them can help you with more info.

Edit: Not sure if it is DHT cream or DHEA

rite_of_inversion

My wife-a smartie but hardly an authority...said that DHEA is a precursor of sex hormone, period...meaning that our bodies (yours and mine) will make it into more estrogen, most likely. :'(

I'm biofemale but would like ambiguous genitalia...but don't think there's a way to go about getting just that alone without surgery-and commensurate loss of sensation...and 'yknow, I'm much more worried about sensitivity than appearance with my naughty bits.

Wouldn't mind having bigger muscles-am trying for that by workouts alone now, but want my body and head hair to remain at current configuration.

Will check into DHT cream myself-OP, thanks for asking.

Thanks for your answers. Spacial, that info is really good.

DHT/DHEA cream... hmmm. That sounds interesting. Does anyone have any more info?

Ae you going for the bigger muscles to look more masculine, rite_of_inversion? I suppose you could use some of the conventional bodybuilding formulas if your body type isn't so prone to putting on muscle? Are you going to target specific muscle groups, shoulders, etc?

I wonder if I worked out more it would reduce breast tissue/fat. I'm getting skinnier for that reason. They are bigger than average and it would be nice if they weren't.

There's plenty of information online. It's DHT cream though, not DHEA. DHEA would just cause you to make more E and T together, contradicting each other. I'm not sure on dosages or precautions so be sure to look things up before even asking your doctor about it (or going out and buying it yourself which I don't really recommend.).

So DHEA would /definately/ not work?

I'm quite please really, since from what I've read it gives you acne and mood swings.

There was a discussion on here, some months ago, started by a young Ftm guy. He thought DHEA would give him the head start he craved, until h could get treatment himself.

I recall doing some research on the subject. I have to say that from that research, DHEA can produce some masculinising effects, mainly in the voice, but equally it might not. These are side effects and may not occure in everyone.

Equally, there are some adverse interactions with some other drugs.

These are two fairly good sites with information. But I will stress, don't exceed the recommended dosage.

Just be really careful with things like this. I'd rather you didn't frankly.

For a biofemale, I'm actually getting to be rather buff... but my carpal tunnels are starting to act up too...and as I said to my wife "Look hon! I have as much muscle now...as a cisgendered guy who doesn't work out or lift weights at all. " :(
I'd like to be a bit bigger than this...but T's going to cause other things to happen I won't like...so I'll just start wrapping my wrists and switch back to the light weights again...sigh.

So you are a masculine androgyne, aren't you?
Please don't feel offended when I say this. I guess if I had a chance to meet you in real life, I might giggle. It's not that there is something wrong with you, nor do I want to tease you. It's just that all my life I have seen masculine and feminine men or women, but most of them have appearance that fits the male or female sex. Perhaps I need more time to be used to that view.

Have you thought about getting a packer?  It won't help things with your girlfriend or anything, but I find that it makes me feel SO much better.
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

:D  ::)

Funny. Have you tried yoga? Particularly Bikram, causes fat loss too so you get a lot of muscle definition. Lots of six packs on females around. And not so much stress on carpal tunnels. (Knees, you have to watch out for).

Spacial... Thank you. I guess, for someone who is so careful about their diet and exercise, like me, it's kind of crazy I'm looking at all these dangerous and unpredictable chemicals. *sigh*

I just don't trust doctors at all. I'd rather research and do things myself. I've had problems in getting good, continuous treatment for other things.

@Lee - a packer? It's a good idea. I would feel /so/ self conscious though, isn't that crazy? I'm really blase about most things, I never saw the big deal about coming out, but this, I'm tying myself in knots over.

They make smaller ones that don't really show.  I'd just suggest leaving it at home when you're wearing skinny jeans.  :P

Haven't tried bikram yoga, just lots of hatha...just lost 110 pounds this last year...and getting the skin to take up would be nice...will look into that.

It's not that I look especially masculine right now, it's that I'd like to have more upper-body muscle mass than I do.   Have a lot of bulky leg muscle and a giant set of hips-would lke the top part to aesthetically match, I guess?
I already look fairly androgyne other than the hips...and I already feel like I belabored the heck out of the need elsewhere on Susan's  to have a girl's haircut in order to "pass" as female so as to earn a paycheck.  :-X

(After all, I got an F in sex on my birth certificate  :-\ and it's not like I can get my sex listed as A on my driver's license...WAAAAAH!)

You can order DHT gel online. But if you use it you will most likely have other androgenic side effects such as acne, hair growth, etc.
