There are many sites that talk about implants.  But Breast Implant Size is a good one to help you decide on size and type.

As my change was for good and bot just for Xmas...

less = more has always been my strategem!

So I went for behind the muscle wall, which means the bits people feel (men) is real and me....

My bbobs have changed and are still changing two decades in....

But I however around wearing a 38b or c.... though my back measuremnet is 36" now....

So will get a proper fittning again at some stage...

As you age you do tend to becom larger.... so figure that in to yer choice for sure....

I asked for two sizes bigger and 32 months on my implants behind the muscles are nice and soft so long as I give them a couple of minutes work out every couple of days - rotating them round and round as far as possible.
I take 40B bras but I don't think my boobs are as big as a GGs 40Bs.

unlikley to have stretch marks with young body and just a moderate increase but mainly implants are put under the muscle that keeps them up while GGs boobs are just growing under the natural skin so they get the stretch marks.

what is really serious is the fact that the very heavy implants cut off the blood flow and in extreme cases the skin starts rotting.

see if you can find a link to a website about the women trying to get record for biggest implants.

36C is about perfect for me. It really depends on your size and frame. Chest exercises with free weights, like flys, bench press, declined press, etc will also help keep them perky. ;)

Also, if you've not seen it already, here's a great book on the subject: >click here for link< written by one of the top guys.

Yeah, I have been doing a lot of  exercise already, but when I started in with the presses and other weights they actually started to go bye bye :o I had to hire a nutritionist and trainer for this, because I am a TS they have helped me adjust my diet and exercise routine for my boobs and body~^^ Also they are helping my get uber healthy for my surgery.   ;)

Nutrition and exercise are key. I work out everyday for about 1 hour +/-. Alternating days between cardio (bike, stairmaster, and eliptical) or aerobics w/ free weights. A close friend of mine is a certified personal trainer, and he helps me out often. Light weights in the 10-15 lb range combined with multiple sets with a high number reps, will help you tone and define w/o building mass. I work abs everyday and try to run at least 10 miles a week. Excersie and eating right will do wonders for both you body and your mind.
