Has anyone used Dr Preecha PAI for BA and SRS

I am leaning towards using Dr Preecha for both BA and SRS and have read lots of older posts on him but I am interested in more recent experiences with him and the clinic. Also if you just had BA were you happy with the results or would you do the BA with a US doctor.
