Possible Parents

Hey all long time no post but I have a few things up in the air right now.

One is Me and Seth are looking at having a kid. Well we have both been on hormones for three years.  I have been off of mine for three months and he has been off of his for about one and a half months. Any one have any data on our chances of being fertile? For those that do not know Seth is FTM and I am MTF.

Another thing is any one here have Aspergers and have any idea how to get over my sensitivity issues in regards to sexual climax? I get to a point where I feel like I am going to climax and its a no go. I can climax and cum when Masturbating alone but not if He is looking on or even participating so as you can imagine trying to cum in him is a little bit impossible so it would seem.  When we were both on HRT it wasn't that big of deal one I couldn't produce semen and two I was a little desensitized down there. 

I am also so amazed just how supportive everyone in our lives have been Doctors, Therapist, Family (those that we have told, and Even His employer.
