I finally started T today!

I can't believe it! I am finally officially on T!

I got my first shot of Nebido today! It still feels like a dream! I've just been going through my day normally, but I've been in such a good mood, just can't stop smiling 

The shot itself stung a bit, but it was over quite soon and as yet no pain at all on my bum.  The nurse was also really nice, she told me that I wasn't her first FTM patient, that made me feel a lot more relaxed.

I'm still so excited! This is the best Christmas present ever!

JerkBoy: Yes, according to my doctor, because for Nebido it's such a big injection it really needs to be on your bum, and not your thigh or anywhere else. I guess you need a large muscle to allow a large reservoir of T. Each shot is supposed to last 3 months.

Oh wow, well I guess I'll do what I have to. ) Have you noticed any changes since then? I know its a short amount of time, but I've heard of people having libido changes rapidly.

There's always gel, you know But yeah, T in any form needs to go in the bum - there just isn't enough flesh in the thigh to handle that kind of injection.

Congrats to all of you starting/started, though! Feels great to finally get there, huh? ^_^

I'm not really sure what you mean by this. Most of the guys around where I live, including myself, inject in the thigh. Is there something going on that I don't know about?

Was paraphrasing Dr Curtis, actually - those're pretty much his words. Apparently thigh injections can be problematic because there's less muscle. If these guys are doing okay with thigh injections, then fair enough.

It's only been one day, so not much changes yet, but I feel great!! Very optimistic and just happy all the time
My bum doesn't hurt anymore, so the injection really isn't that bad.

I think my appetite has been quite good today, but that may be nothing to do with T itself, coz I'm just in such a good mood today
