I currently use a sports bra that is one size too small (not one cup size. I mean I wear 30A instead of 32A), and then use ace bandages. Get a really long roll of ace bandages for a better effect. =] It can be dangerous if you wear them for too long or get them too tight. And wearing the sports bra that's too small probably isn't a very good idea. lol For me, it doesn't really hurt. But that's because when I first started doing it I wore them for 8 hours at a time, so tight that my ribs would hurt and I could barely breathe. I don't suggest wearing them too tight. 🙁
