Has anyone here had a recommendation by their gynecologist to start T because of a medical condition? I am thinking of asking my gynecologist to start T because of my condition regarding to my "biological Female hormones". I honestly feel that having female hormones is literately killing me, not to mention ruining my life. Every time my body is getting ready to start my cycle whether it be 3 months from now or whatever... I become so severely suicidal that I crave of suicide. I begin to have deep disturbance in my thinking pattern that often time I cry in anguish because I want to die so bad. I don't honestly want to kill myself. I love life, but it's my hormones thats all messed up.

I had mention this on my first visit to my gynecologist, and she recommend that I take a birth control medication called seasonique. Because of a legitimate health concern over taking birth controls... because my mother had a stroke while taking them some time ago, I am kind of reluctant of taking any form of birth control pills fearing that I will have a stroke..

Do you guys think I have a chance here? I honestly don't want to be going to any therapist/psychologist because I honestly don't feel that I wanting to live the rest of my life as a man to be a mental condition but rather medical. Which means that I prefer to spend my time dealing with doctors rather then mental health services.

If my gynecologist does recommend T for me... Do you think my health insurance cover the cost of T?
