Sorry to be so blunt with my question without an introduction but I'm rushing to get ready for work and do not have much typing time ?

My question is this ...... Is it possible to feminize one's body with hormones without losing the ability to have an erection and an orgasm ?

you will lose the ability to get a rock hard erection if you go on HRT, period end of story
Erections will be semi flacid affairs that will be dificuclt to use for penetration.
Orgasm however is a function of the brain. If you loose the ability to have an orgasm it is a psychological issue.
