Finding a new doctor

You guys might be annoyed that I'm still talking about this but I was just wondering about something. In my area there is only one trans-friendly operating endocrinologist. I would like to speak to another doctor about my situation but right now that seems impossible. Is there any way at all to solve this issue without having to move to another city?
