Does this hairstyle captures what I am describing?

I want a look that captures an image of
pretty boy (clear skin, skinny, cute; I have that down)- happiness - summertime (blonde) - futuristic

So basically a pretty boy who is happy in a futuristic(2020'ish) summer day. I'll probably want it to be a bit more blonder, golden blondes, with a few strands of medium browns and hay blondes in the mix.
