I asked him just after he posted this.  He told me he now has a different surgeon because he liked the results better and the cost was better.

Hi.  I HOPE this doesn't sound like I'm "raining on your parade", but my S.O. had some trouble with post-operative infection (he's doing GREAT now), but just keep an eye on how your healing is going.  See your surgeon if anything seems "wrong", i.e. extreme tenderness, chest pain, and oozing...
