only problem is..... she has never heard of the henry benjamin s.o.c., prior to me telling her and told me that i needed to find out what she needed to write on the letter.......

Are there other gender therapists in the area?  I know that the gender therapist in our area are always willing to help each other write letters.  You can also call the person whom you want to have surgery with and ask them what they want in the letter.

Mrs Erocse

Jocelyn, your avatar is very pretty. Who is that with you? If I may ask.

Good luck with your SOS letter. I am out of the loop  there, but could not resist commenting on your avatar.

Happy Holidays to you.

Why Thank you Mrs. Erocse!!
it always gives me butterflies in my stomach when beautiful and kind women compliment me :)
It is of me and My Uncles Girlfriend who is also a T Lady :)
She is very kind and hopefully my uncle will musk the courage to pop the Q and officially make her apart of the family :)

Happy Holidays to you and Erocse!!

AweSAM!

It's lucky you have someone so close to you who is trans. You are both stunning, but I feel like I'm preaching to the chior. Your uncle seems like a very logical man, and you are very lucky to have him too, he obviously sees his girlfriend as a woman, and nothing else. Sorry, that was off topic, but now to the point. It might help to print off the WPATH Standards of Care (http://www.wpath.org/documents2/socv6.pdf), and give them to your therapist, and also to direct her to the WPATH website (http://www.wpath.org/). The WPATH, or the World Professional Association for Transgender Health was formerly the Harry Benjamin International Gender Dysphoria Association, or HBIGDA.

Good luck Jocelyn, and I hope that the letter acquisition goes smoothly!
