"Sex reassignment" can include hysterectomy, top surgery, bottom surgery, and in some lucky cases, the irreversible side effects of Testosterone.

Hey thanks for the links Morgan So top surgery would work? Awesome, that's what I wasn't sure about. My mom's offering to pay for my top surgery if we move there and it will fulfill the requirement. I wish I had been born there, at least then I would be able to change my birth certificate. Oh well, but thanks again

That's so awesome! I'm paying for everything myself. Which isn't hard, because my parents pay for everything non-transition related. You're welcome, though! I was so relieved when I first heard that top surgery counts as sex reassignment.
