Mrs Erocse

Everyone who has posted thier avatar has made great changes and all of  you look wonderful.
I never like my avatar.  The one I am using is a fluke. My daughter made me lucky.
I always think Roxy is beautiful no matter what. Her legs.....are amazing. :)  Have to get a Mrs. Robinson pose sometime of her, rolling down her stockings. :)

Oohhh, YES!!  I have to tell you, those are the moments I feel most feminine, either putting them on or taking them off.  The view from my vantage point, of my leg with a stocking either going on or coming off, is just... right.  THAT'S what I'm SUPPOSED to look like!

I would put a photo on here but I can never seem to take a decent one of myself.  I will have to get my son to bring his best camera over and get some arty shots.  You all look great by the way.

I'd post a photo of me but I'm afraid it'd break somebody's monitor.  :P

I would love to post an avatar, and I will in the next few weeks/months probably. I do have a healthy sense of caution after what happened to you and your family Erocse though, so I am holding off for just a bit longer to give those around me some time to get used to me (I came out to the last of my immediate family last Spring.)

I love Avatars though, and I love that people post theirs. It does help give me courage and strength. Thank you! I believe I'll soon be able to post one as well. :)

I love seeing how people change.  Unfortunately, I broke my camera about a month ago and haven't gotten around to getting a new one, so I don't have any pictures of my newer haircut, which I like a lot more than the one in my avatar.  Oh well, here's what I have:

Senior pic from high school (about 5 years ago)

First Susan's avatar.  Celebrating my first shot haircut by mowhawking it.  (I don't think I was meant to be a photographer.)

Current avatar.

Sorry for the poor quality of the photos.  I'll try for some better ones when I get a new camera.

Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

WOWZA! You all look fantastic! I've been on Susan's just over a year now I think, and I remember seeing a lot of those avatars! It is so incredible to see people progressing, growing more confident (and more skilled with the camera too...hehe!). So proud for you all!

Strangely I feel inspired and jealous at the same time...I don't feel like I've made much of any progress this past year, mostly due to financial constraints.  :embarrassed: Seems like all my major efforts have ended in one debacle after another...but alas, c'est la vie!

I'm afraid I have zero photos of me at all from the past couple years...(ok ok...one of me dressed as a pirate for Halloween...but I doubt that counts, yar!). Hopefully that'll change in the next few months.

You all look great! (And Mrs. Erocse you are always gorgeous as well!!)

Well, I just got here, but the first avatar that was an actual picture of me that I used online would be this goofy pic, from November 2009. I don't think I'm wearing any makeup in this pic, but I'd just gotten a new haircut:

I decided that I hated that pic after awhile, so for a long time, I used a Yahoo! Avatar from March 2010:

Then my hair grew out more, so I switched to this one from September 2010, even though my hair wasn't quite that length. The skin tone came out different, some strange difference btw. Mac OS X and Linux, or maybe Yahoo! changed their colors?:

Then I finally got a picture I was fairly happy with, in October 2010:

My next was one I made at taaz.com in November 2010, but the lighting was wonky, so I washed it out, which made it artistic-y:

I got a nice one from my birthday dinner on December 4, 2010, where for some reason I had my hair the opposite way:

Lately, I've been using the current one, from my birthday party on December 6, 2010. Even though it's blurry, I like my hair better, since it's the way I usually wear it, rather than reversed (and yes, it is a slightly different version than my actual avatar here):

I remember when I first got here it was actually kinda rare for people to use their actual photo as their avatar and I felt weird for putting my pic out there for everyone to see next to my posts. Then I got rewarded with comments such as "are you the hot ftm from the forums" :D ahh <3 meghan.

I enjoy seeing members progress through their avatar pictures. It's amazing how much our appearances change over time as we get more comfortable with being ourselves.

I can't find my first avatar but here's one of my earlier ones-

Here's one from earlier this year-

And here's the most recent one that shows more of my face. :P

I guess the main difference is the length of my hair getting shorter and shorter (and quitting using the fake facial hair technique). One of these days I'll have to shave my head and make an avatar of that. :D
