nice meal at a local bistro: crispy pig's ears, braised rabbit with spinach and mash, lemon posset. '09 pinot gris (alsace) and '07 sauternes with dessert.

Wow!  Generally speaking, where are you located?  I would probably have to drive to some 5-star restaurant in Los Angeles to get a meal like that.

Nothing, I can't eat because I have a surgical procedure in the morning and I'm starving :(
