Welcome aboard. You'll find they only beat the newbie about one a day, but as the last one in I'm glad to be replaced at last. Oh and of course the pay is nice. ;) Now perhaps you can afford to treat yourself and upload an avatar ;D

(Actually seriously, having an avatar is a good idea and it could easily be something anonymous, it doesn't have to be a portrait.)
