I've been told I've got a bit of arthritis in my foot. I'm not on HRT but does anyone know if arthritis has any affect on whether you are allowed to start and, also, does HRT itself have any positive or negative affects on arthritis?

Honestly I'm not a hundred percent sure how arthritis would be affected by hormones I myself have neck and back issues from several car wrecks and I'm still allowed to start hormones so I honestly think it might cause the arthritis to flare up a little bit and I would think so but I'm not 100% sure

If you can't accept yourself,  how can you expect others to accept you?

I know arthritis is only one component of bone health, but from what I am aware of good bone health requires a minimum level of T and E.  The ratios/ranges can be swapped based on target gender but neither one should approach zero.  Under medical HRT monitoring this is routine to check and adjust.
