Around 5pm in Ca, he is expected to speak about a groundbreaking Low Carbon Fuel Standard for transportation fuels in California.  By 2020, the standard should reduce the carbon intensity of California's passenger vehicle fuels by at least 10%.  This is a first of its kind standard and will support AB 32 emissions targets.
